We prioritize type, health, and the quintessential Cairn personality. For years, my husband and I have been committed to enhancing breed diversity by bringing exceptional Cairns from other countries. Our farming backgrounds and scientific expertise instilled in us the critical importance of outcrossing—breeding with unrelated animals. We are proud that many of our Cairns are free from known DNA genetic markers, and we are actively working to eliminate carriers from our breeding stock, a goal we have had considerable success in achieving. While no genetic testing covers every possibility, our dedication to this effort ensures the health of our lines. We also meticulously breed to the established breed standard, a commitment that has led to the production of champions and partnerships with accomplished kennels.

Every dog in our care undergoes comprehensive testing, including a 268-marker DNA kit, as well as thorough checks for eyes, patellas, and heart conditions. Our Cairns are known for their spirited temperaments, often excelling in activities such as hunting, trick training, and nose work, truly embodying the intelligence and drive characteristic of the breed.
